What's Included
The Sleep Assessment will involve meeting with your family and completing a thorough questionnaire to determine your child’s needs. The assessment will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
Because you lead the program with coaching, you learn the strategies and carry them forward, so better sleep continues after the program ends.
Sleep Consultation draws on both Applied Behaviour Analysis and Occupational Therapy, giving your child evidence-based support from more than one angle.
Sessions are delivered virtually so you can take part from home, and follow-up meetings can be scheduled flexibly as your child progresses.

Sleep Consultation Program
Virtual support to address sleep challenges in children and youth.
Sleep Consultation is a caregiver-mediated program that gives your family up to 10 hours of consultation, assessment, and training to help children and youth who struggle with sleep. It combines Applied Behaviour Analysis and Occupational Therapy, is administered by a Registered Behaviour Analyst, and is delivered virtually so you can take part from home.
It starts with a free initial consultation to confirm the program is a good fit for your family. From there, you complete onboarding and data collection, including a medical screening checklist and 5 to 10 days of baseline data, which leads into a sleep assessment of about 1.5 to 2 hours where your Registered Behaviour Analyst gets to know your child's needs in detail.
Your Registered Behaviour Analyst then builds a treatment plan designed around your child, reviews it with you so you can ask questions or adjust it, and supports you as you put it into practice, with input from an Occupational Therapist where it helps. After the first week of implementation you meet again to review progress and fine-tune the plan, and two additional hours of follow-up are available to schedule whenever your family needs them.
